This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Jumpy The Game (the “App”) developed by LEGENDGAMES.

1. Information We Collect

The App may process the following information:

• Optional Username You can voluntarily enter a username. This username is sent to GamePush and stored there. Other players can see both the username and the corresponding high score on the leaderboard.
• High Scores The App automatically saves your best scores in Endless Mode. These scores are sent to GamePush and stored there so they can be shown on the leaderboard together with the optional username.
• Technical Information Like most apps, basic technical data (such as device type or IP address) may be processed automatically by the services we use. We do not intentionally collect or store this information ourselves.

The App does not collect:

• Your real name
• Email address
• Precise location
• Contacts
• Any data that requires creating an account

1. How We Use the Information

• To display high scores and usernames on the leaderboard
• To operate the leaderboard feature
• To improve the App

1. Third-Party Services

The App uses GamePush to store and display high scores and leaderboards. When a score is achieved in Endless Mode, the score and (if entered) the username are automatically sent to GamePush and stored there.

GamePush processes this data according to their own privacy practices. We do not sell any data.

Currently the App does not contain advertising. If advertising is added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated.
